Please include photos and dimensions where possible and outline where you would like each item to be located if known/decided. Painting furniture/Re-upholstery/Changing hardware or handles/Turning a pair of curtains into a blind or ottoman, etc
E.g. TV in a bedroom, integrated audio, an extra large bath or shower, airing cupboard, a convenient space for dog beds, concealed bookshelf doorway, etc
E.g. Prioritise a high-quality mattress or bespoke sofa over a brand of paint
EXISTING PROPERTY DESIGN
E.g. Playroom/spare bedroom, open plan kitchen/living space/a work space that you can easily conceal
E.g. changing a period style cornice
E.g. Sandblast old beams, re-instate mullion windows/cornicing/fireplace
E.g. Improved/clever storage solutions, increased worktop space, an island, more/less task/pendant lighting, an Aga/wine fridge, etc
E.g. New boiler, underfloor heating, replacing/adding radiators, smart control, etc
E.g. More sockets in the Kitchen, adding 13 amp sockets for mood lighting/lamps, dimmer switches, changing/additional switch locations, re-wiring the property, etc
E.g. More spot or pendant lights, picture lights, alcove/book-case/wardrobe lighting, external/security, task/mood lighting, etc
E.g. Security cameras, wireless thermostats, intelligent fridge/washing machine/cooker, smart locks, integrated wireless speakers, wifi mesh system, etc.
